Just eight weeks in the past that Morgan Rogers found himself on the pitch at Sunderland, looking confused as Unai Emery scolded him over not reading a penetrating pass. During that period, as Villa endured a six-game winless run, it wasn't clear whether Rogers' form were an indicator or a cause for the side's wider issues.

Is This Team Legitimate Hopefuls?
